The insulation performance of insulating materials is closely related to temperature. The higher the temperature, the worse the insulation performance of the insulating material. To ensure the insulation strength, each insulating material has an appropriate maximum allowable operating temperature. Below this temperature, it can be used safely for a long time. If it exceeds this temperature, it will age rapidly. According to the degree of heat resistance, insulating materials are divided into Y, A, E, B, F, H, C and other grades. The corresponding temperatures of each heat resistance grade are as follows:
Y-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 90°C, A-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 105°C, E-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 120°C, B-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 130°C, F-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 155°C, H-class insulation has a temperature resistance of 180°C, and C-class insulation has a temperature resistance of more than 200°C.
